Cancellation
If you need to cancel an appointment, please make sure it is in excess of 24 hours, otherwise a 50% fee will be charged.
Arrival
As a courtesy to all our clients, late arrivals will lessen your time spent with us. You will however still be charged the full price for the treatment booked, please arrive at least 10mins before your booked treatment time.
Free Consultations
Consultations are free and available for all our Treatments
Personal Property
You accept full responsibility for your personal property and belongings while on our premises. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft of any of your personal items. Any goods left and not re-claimed within 2 months will be disposed of.
Gift Vouchers
These are available for purchase, either for a particular treatment or for an amount of money. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase.
Mobile Phones
To be considerate to all other clients, please switch off your mobile phone when you arrive for your treatment.
Health Conditions
Please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking as this may affect your treatment with us.
Appointments and Gift Vouchers Information
When you purchase a service or gift voucher(s) in Salon or online your information including name, address, email and contact number will be stored in our appointment system together with necessary information for us to provide the service(s). We do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
